This quality is a low price nail polish. It does not continue evenly and does not last long. Spend a little extra. A jump in quality is worth it.

I gave this 2 stars b/c nothing was wrong with the polish except the color. So the color, both in the bottle and on my hands, didn't really look like either its pictures or description. I mean, I guess it was a deep blue, but it was kinda grayish and purplish as well. So my search for the über-navy does not end here.

I have been using Olive & June products for a couple of months. I love the polishes I've tried (especially this color so far--LD--it feels neutral but also adds a pop of color that is still professional and subtle) but I have noticed that whenever I remove O&J polish my nails seem to have become stained noticeably and become kind of yellow, which makes me feel like the polish is doing something bad to my nails.. I have never had this issue with even really cheap drugstore nail polish, so I am disappointed, as I don't always want to wear polish but feel like I have to repaint my nails immediately to cover my unsightly nails which were very healthy looking before. Any advice for how to prevent this?
