DESCRIPTION

Facial scrubs are an essential part of a skin care routine. What is a facial scrub? A facial scrub is usually a cream-based product that contains little exfoliating pieces that when massaged across the skin, help smooth the skin by physically lifting off dry, dead skin cells. They’ve been around for many, many years and while the formulas have changed a bit, they are still a necessity in your skin care routine.

FAQ

There is no set way, you can use it normally but massage it very gently for a minute or less. The key with oily skin is that you shouldn’t scrub excessively. Even though you might think that this could create a balance of oils on your skin, it doesn’t. It causes confusion for your oil glands leading to more acne.

It should be used once a month or once in two weeks. The type, amount and duration of FaceTheory scrub should cater your skin needs and remain monitored. Scrubbing your face excessively will dry it out, which could lead to an increase in sebum production and ultimately acne and irritation.

FaceTheory Face scrub helps in exfoliating your skin, removing dead skin cells and dirt that clog pores and rejuvenates your skin. Using a FaceTheory Facial scrubs can make your skin feel beautiful, youthful, soft, and like it's glowing. Unlike a regular soap or cleanser, a FaceTheory facial scrub uses small particles, beads, or chemicals to get rid of the old skin cells and make way for new ones in a process known as exfoliation.

It didn't have that much functionality. I didn't notice any dramatic changes. It was so mediocre.

One month in and no results so far, very disappointed. Will be asking for a refund, what a waste of money.

The first days the skin was clean and fresh but after about 3 weeks my skin had more imperfections and stains than before. If you have a sensitive skin I do not recommend there are more options.

This is the first BHA I’ve tried. I use it as a spot treatment. It’s super gentle, brings spots to head much faster. I like the fact that it has an AHA in it too (lactic acid). I don’t think it’s strong enough for those with severe acne but I think it’s a great addition to your routine if you mild/moderate acne.

Face Theory Face Scrub Reviews

Apply it to slightly damp skin and massage in a circular motion to the entire face for 60 seconds. The key to getting the best results with a FaceTheory facial scrub is not to press hard on the skin, as this will cause irritation, even when using round grain scrubs. If you feel like your skin can use more exfoliation, it’s better to use it longer (90 seconds) than to apply extra pressure. Rinse off and proceed with toner, serum and moisturizer.

Why Use a FaceTheory Face Scrub for Men?

A FaceTheory face scrub for men is one of the best products you can use in your arsenal of weapons for clear, healthy skin. We’ve discovered, however, that most men either overuse a face scrub or they don’t use one at all. Both scenarios are not best case. Read on to learn how using a face scrub for men properly can propel you to clearer, brighter skin.

Similar to washing your face, before using the FaceTheory scrub, rinse your face with warm water to open up the pores.  Apply a dime sized amount of men’s facial scrub to your skin and gently rub it, especially over the areas where your pores are the largest (usually nose and forehead). Remember though, the skin on your face is extremely delicate and it doesn’t take much to exfoliate it, so don’t scrub too hard. If using scrub before a shave, make sure to concentrate rubbing the scrub on the areas of your face you plan on shaving.
