Works okay, but Two Faced Shadow Insurance lasts longer on me. I have oily eyelids and have always had a problem keeping eye makeup on for 8 hours.

Based on rave reviews, I decided to give this primer a try. I love this brand, so I was very optimistic. It is light and sheer, which I like. I wanted a primer to extend the wear of eye shadow, while also serving as as adequate coverage if I chose to go without for the day. It is a good product, but my 3-star rating is because of the high price for small quantity. My 100 point gift was 2 times the size. Not sure which is better yet, but still hard to accept that the size is worth the cost. I should have paid more attention to the product specs before purchasing.

I really like this product. It’s smooth but not too runny and not clumpy. My only issue is the packaging/applicator, which sprung a leak at the base of the head (see picture). It’s still usable, but messy.

I was so disappointed in this product - entirely because of it's packaging. It's so small for what you pay for and it's difficult to get the right amount of product out. I've had samplers that are bigger! To add to my disappointment, the tube blew a hole at the base of the head so now I have product coming out of two parts of the tube which has meant I've wasted alot of the small package. The product works great but not well enough to justify the terrible packaging. Will not be re-purchasing.

I've tried all the primers everyone raves about (Urban Decay, Too faced, etc.) and this is hands down the best! Keeps both powder and cream shadows in place, as well as eye liner. I like that you only need a little and don't have to wait for it to set before applying shadow. But I'd take half a star off for the small size of the tube.

This is the only primer I use for years. I wish I can give it 10 stars. It's all natural, no talc, no parabens. The product is very easy to use and blend into eyelids, and it keeps my eyeshadows crease free for hours. Bareminerals, please never discontinue this great primer!! I can't be without it. Highly recommended.

I found this difficult to apply. One must "pat" or "dab" it on rather than swipe it on. It enhances every bit of dryness on my lids and left a cakey finish.

I'm honestly completely new to using eyelid primer, so maybe I'm missing something, but from my experience this stuff was pretty awful. It made my lids super sticky and visibly dry-looking. I've got the beginnings of age lines around my lids, and this stuff seemed to enhance them like crazy, which is obviously not ideal. When I applied powder eyeshadow over it, it caused the shadow to look super patchy and blend terribly. Also, when I tried using this product after only a few months after buying, it seemed to have separated and become clumpy, and would pill up when I applied it to my lids... Not sure if maybe it expired, but if so, that is a crazy short shelf-life for a product like this. I'm glad I was able to return it for store credit, because otherwise I would have had to just throw it in the garbage, which would have been a total waste of $20.

I’ve been using Elizabeth Mott’s eyelid primer for about a year and decided to try this one on a whim. I was surprised by how well this worked and how creamy it was to apply. I didn’t experience creasing for 14 hours of wear and it kept my eyelids matte ( I have really oily skin). I wish it came in a larger tube.

I've tried my share of different eyelid primers, and this one is the best! It goes on smoothly and creates a great base for your eye makeup. Not only does it enhance the eyeshadow, but it also keeps everything in place. I've used this primer so many times over the years, and consistently impressed by how it keeps my eye makeup looking great even after a 10+ hour day!

I love using this but it’s very pricey for only a ten year amount..which I go through pretty quickly. I use it daily and it does keep my eyeshadow and liner lasting longer. It’s creamy but maybe I need something different now that I’m getting older. It does have some great ingredients in it , but I worry that I’m rubbing my delicate eye area too much and too harsh that I’m causing more wrinkles. I wish the price was cheaper
