I have Sjogren. Sometimes my mouth is dry. I was hoping this toothpaste would make a difference, but unfortunately not. And the aftertaste of sorbitol continues for a long time. I Hadn't noticed it helped my dry mouth. That doesn't mean it's useless, though.
They claim that Bioten is a good toothpaste for dry mouth. They also make this toothpaste that is formulated to be "non-irritating," but not specifically for dry mouth. It is really bad that they cannot accept returns of this product even if it is unopened.
