Really unimpressed with this company. My first order took almost a week to be dispatched even though they say delivery is 3-5 days - when I asked how long until it would be dispatched I was basically told to wait. I placed a second order (unfortunately their creams really seem to help my eczema) over a week ago with no dispatch. Contacted them to be told that my order had ‘failed’ but was never informed of this, and am now being told I’ll have to wait 30 days for my refund. Useless company, I’ll order from elsewhere in the future.

Went to leave an honest review of the three step effacular anti-blemish system on La Roche posay’s website and they refuse to publish it - how is this even allowed?! They clearly monitor and decline any negative reviews! No wonder they have so many positive ones. I was considering purchasing another product from them but now I feel tricked, and will never purchase anything from them again. Here is my review, so you can judge for yourselves if it’s fair or not!! -
Didn’t work
Unfortunately this just didn’t work for me. I suffer from PCOS and my acne flared up after coming off the pill 6 months ago. I had high hopes after reading so many good reviews, but after around 3 months of daily use - morning and night - my skin is absolutely no different to what it was when I started. In fact, if anything, it’s worse. It’s great you can return it for a refund but you have to return it at least 50% full and I wanted to give it a proper chance.
