This product is terribly confusing

This product is terribly confusing. It’s supposed to help hydrate your skin yet it made mine horribly dry and tight. Would not recommend for dry/dehydrated skin!!

  • Kayon

A let down

This is another product I was advised to try and it's only made my skin worse. So upsetting. Not only wasted money on two products but it has really made a mess of my skin. So I had to stop using it completely.

  • Lisa

Does not work

I used this product for over two weeks and had serious drying and breakouts. Not something I would recommend.

  • Anastasiiia

If you are hoping to look 10 years older, use this!

Nothing like there are other smooth compact Foundation. Makes skin look old and enhances every imperfection. Absolutely awful.

  • Katrina C4

Makeup broken up and falling all over the place

The makeup was all broken into pieces . Even after trying to used methods to reset it , its all broken up and all over the place. Very disappointed .

  • Ivanka

Hope to buy a better product!

I have used many brands to reach my desired results but this one is not really good compared to those. Hope to buy a better product!

  • Nina Shine

This item didn’t work for me

This item didn’t work for me. The scent was quite off putting. I used it for 3 weeks just to give it a chance but sadly my skin broke out from using it.

  • Eva Tom

This product isn’t really that good.

When I use it at night my wrinkles are diminished however it doesn’t last all day. I don’t like the way the product is stored and it doesn’t apply easily. You have to use a lot to get it to go all over. I wouldn’t recommend this product

  • Penny

Not for me

I tried this serum for about 4 weeks, applying it on my face each morning after washing. I have not noticed any difference in the appearance of my skin, and plus it stings when it first goes on. That can’t be good...

  • Sheila Xxx

Hasn't worked for me..

I bought this thanks to all of the wonderful reviews but I'm actually disappointed. I've used this for about 2 weeks or so and I've not noticed any positive changes. If anything, this dried out my face more, particularly my cheeks which is not a place that I've had issues with before. I've tried using 2 pumps then lowered it to 1 and I went from applying it 2 times a day to just once a day but still noticed dryness. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong but sadly, this product has not worked for me.

  • Kim

Not buy again

I’ve been using the product for over a month now and have seen no results other then it has dried my skin out . I apply it at night and in the morning and I can not see the slightest difference I WILL NOT BUY AGAIN it does not help moisturize nor better my skin at all!

  • Edna Forden

Like water

Hyaluronic acid is supposed to be like a clear gel, and this was literally like water coming out of the bottle. I would not recommend wasting your money on this.

  • Norma Ward

I typically don't write reviews however I felt compelled to share my experience over the last 3 months of usage....
I am sad to report that after almost 90 days there have been no changes to appearance....

  • Denise Cooper

Doesn't work like Hyaluronic Acid Serum should work

Doesn't work like Hyaluronic Acid Serum should work. Would not recommend. No noticeable difference.

Good product

I like it. Smells great. I'm just disappointed that it didn't make me look like Helen Mirren.

  • Blackstarkennels

My skin looks brighter and fine lines are far less visible.

  • Dunja

One Star

Not the same as the product bought in shops in Europe. Rather liquidy and doesn't conceal.

  • Elizabeth

Best primer I've ever used

Only primer to ever successfully minimize my pores. Thick and stays in place.

  • Anonymous

Best pressed powder ever

Stays matte all day. I never have to reapply.

  • lsandytoes

My current HG drugstore concealer. On most days when I decide to wear makeup, I skip foundation and just spot conceal areas that I think need brightening or a little more coverage to even out my skin tone. I live in a hot climate and this concealer works wonders. There are lots of shades so you are bound to find one that fits you perfectly and I love the packaging, a brush which makes it super quick and easy to use. Really brightens and does not cause breakouts! Love it more than the Instant Age Rewind, which IMO is a little more fussy. Definitely will be repurchasing.

  • Kzzephyr

I am shocked how much of an effect this had.

I had to review this right away because I am shook. I have really sensitive, pale skin with freckles and my skin type is patches of oily and extremely dry skin. I have tried a lot of primers in the $5-$40 range and just settled for them being mediocre because I wanted to protect my skin. This primer is so different. For one, a little goes a long way for coverage. Second, it gives my shiny face an amazing matte look. Third, even though it is silicone-based it doesn't interact badly with my other makeup. Most importantly, I feel comfortable just using this and maybe some mascara if I am running late. If I keep adding more layers maybe I'll eventually look like I'm 19 again hah! So excited!

  • Caitlin C.

A very nice powder, good coverage. A very matte powder so if you have very dry skin I wouldn’t recommend. I have oily-combination skin so it works .

  • Julie W.

I use several brands of powders. On my skin, this one comes out lighter than the actual color shown. It does provide good coverage throughout the day and makes my skin look smooth.

  • Claudine S.

I love this powder for setting my foundation because it keeps for at least 5- 6 hours and then I can touch up with the same powder without it getting cakey. Nice light powder with good coverage

  • kayla M.

I like to use this product in the summer when my skin is less dry. I usually don’t use any powder in the winter. This leaves a matte finish that doesn’t cake up like a lot of other powders also has quite a bit of coverage at a great price.

  • emily K.

Helps keep me matte for hours. Always looks amazing. Great coverage.. Great color match. Love this. I am able to use this over moisturizer on days that I want an easy look and it still gives enough coverage to help a 39 year old mom cover the bags!

  • Ana M.

Very affordable and it looks very nice on the skin. It is a really nice compact powder and it has coverage. I give it 4 stars because of the packaging because it is lightweight and it breaks really easily but the product is good. It seals the makeup nicely.

  • caitlin W.

GIRLS LISTEN! I have tried EVERY full coverage powder and NOTHING compares to this stuff. It’s SUPER inexpensive and it lasts all day. I would do a lightweight liquid foundation and then go in and set with this powder. It’s what I use EVERY.DAY.

  • Elia D.

This powder is perfect for everyday looks! It stays on for a long time. It is easy to blend. I also like that the sponge that comes with is super smooth. I absolutely love the packaging and the mirror that comes inside! L'Oréal Paris Pro-Matte Powder

  • Harmony C.

This matte powder is no joke! I don’t wear foundation but sometimes like a finished skin look for special events or when my skin is looking reddish. This powder gives a nice flawless finish on my non-acne but oily skin, and keeps it looking matte for hours. I usually use a big fat morphe powder brush to apply it, so I can’t speak on the sponge applicator. I will continue to use and re-buy!

  • bujiyama

I found this to be a great affordable dupe for the Tarte Timeless Smoothing Primer, and at a fraction of the cost. I am over 50 with large pores in my T-zone, where I also have oil buildup through the day. This primer is great for filling in those pores and smoothing fine lines, and it helps control oil a bit too. I use a very, very tiny amount and pat/blend it in with my fingers. Some heavy primers like this have caused breakouts for me in the past. This one has not, partly since I figured out to use very small amounts and build up only slightly as needed. If you use too much, it can become too heavy and kind of smothering. I find it also works well in combination with other silicone-based primers as well as silicone foundations. Sometimes I use this only on my T-zone and sometimes I use it very sparingly all over my face. Works great either way. I think the key is to use a very small amount over clean well-hydrated skin. I will definitely buy this again and wish I had known about it sooner, before shelling out the $$ for the Tarte primer

  • AnnieT303

I've had this product for quite a long time and didn't really like it very much at first. But.... I've used it more recently and it's (IMO) comparable to, if not better than, the Gerovital H3 Evolution primer and also the Hylamide HA Blur. Actually I like using this more and have recently discovered this is also an excellent eyelid primer! Like many, I have very oily lids. But I was really surprised when I tested it a couple of weeks ago, using this on one eyelid, and Urban Decay eye primer on the other. I let both sit for a few minutes after application, and then applied the same eyeshadow to both. Surprisingly, about 5 hours later, and then after a total of 9 hours, the L'Oreal perfecting primer kept my eyeshadow beautifully intact! That NEVER happens for me - I need to touch up my eyes a bit, usually mid-day. With the Urban Decay side, it was the usual ol' thing where my eyeshadow was somewhat patchy. But the L'Oreal side....wow....my eyeshadow 9 hours later looked just as it had after applying it! The only comparable eyeshadow primer to this is the Elizabeth Moss "Thank Me Later" eye primer, which is, in my experience, also FANTASTIC! Both the L'Oreal and the Elizabeth Mott are currently $15.00 each on Amazon, but you get more product with the L'Oreal.

  • ladybug123

This product is great for me I sedan it areas where I have enlarged pores and use another primer on the rest of my face it fill my pores it gives a smooth finish a bit on the pricy side of the drugstore .will definitely continue to use.

  • chrisie

I would not buy this again. I was actually really disappointed with this. The primer did have a nice texture, but when applying it on my face It balled up. Didn't spread out smoothly. I was wearing L'oreal's Pro-matte foundation & made it look really patchy. Just an awful mess =(

  • AprilSantiano

As a makeup junkie, I must tell you that this is a hidden gem in the world of drugstore makeup. For one, I am someone who suffers from old acne scars (i.e. pit scars, box and rolling scars) and used to buy the Clarins Instant Smooth Primer and would pay $ 38.00 per jar. Mind you, it lasted me for so long but having to spend that money on a primer was just too much for me considering I have dupe from the drugstore. The secret of this primer is the way it makes all of my textures a little less textured. Yes, it can get oily. However you will need to do the following steps to apply this: Application: Don't apply this primer like your lotion type primers by massaging it to your skin - this is a BIG NO!!!!!!! You have to pat this primer on to your skin. I repeat "pat" on to your skin. Wait for at least 2 minutes before you apply your foundation and you'll thank me for it. Also, a little goes a long way. Start with a tiny amount and add as needed. I hope that L'Oreal will never stop making this. It is truly an amazing primer!

  • geekymakeup

I heard many say this product is a dupe for many high-end primers. I had to try it. The price is right. The jar is quite small but you really don't need alot of product. The smell is very light and almost no smell. The product is thick when applied. It is very moisturizing and appeared to full in fine lines and pores, but after less than 6 hours this separated on my face and cake up at the same time! So weird. It really exaggerated my pores and I couldn't wait to take my makeup off.

  • tigirlyly

So I'm also looking for a good primer. This one is a proper dupe for Tarte's smoothing primer. It's surprising not a bad primer at all. Mousse like consistency. I pat this over my T zone only. My foundation wear well over this primer. No offensive fragrance. No breakouts. It's just in a jar, and it get under my nails when I scoop out the product. L'Oreal needs to tube this primer.

  • makeupuser234

This isn't a "dupe" for a high end primer - this is a high end primer! Loreal owns almost every cosmetic company out there -- including many high end brands and they make the cosmetics for these high end brands. With that said - what difference does the packaging make? This stuff works. The way I use it is I put my skincare on first - serums for example, no sunscreen, then I tap this stuff on, and once it sets, I put my tinted sunscreen on. Let that dry and then put my foundation. It keeps me matte for at least 6 to 7 hours and seems to make my pores looks smaller as well. The only reason why I don't reach for it much is the lousy jar packaging. Gross.

  • mbennett23

Loved this stuff to begin with, as it was great with blurring large pores and smoothing over acne scars to create a uniform canvas for my foundation. Unfortunately it made me break out in HUGE cystic acne, and nothing else has ever done that before to me. Needless to say, I won't be repurchasing.

  • mirrkat

So far this is my favorite primer/base! Pros: -Blurs pores & smooths out texture, immediately. -The little glass jar is super cute! -It is on the thicker side, but once you warm it up, it applies easily(I use a Q-Tip to get the product out, instead of my fingers). -Feels silky/velvety on skin Cons: -Pricey for such a tiny jar. I don't use it everyday, but if you did, then I'd imagine you'd run out fast! -If you use too much, it could pill! This works great for my pores, but I've noticed that it tends to pill around my nose, if I use too much product! A little goes a long way. Overall, I love it & I would totally recommend it for my fellow large pores crowd!

  • Eva M. Hicks

Color is deceiving

This product was used as a make-up concealer, however, it was too light for my complexion. I tried re-ordering this product in a darker color and was sent the same exact thing. I have no way of correcting this issue. Through all of that, it is a very good product and I would re-order if they will send the correct shade. It's listed as light, medium and dark. Dark will be perfect, their dark is really a medium. As far as eating just the product, I have to give it a 4, I do like it and it stays with you through the evening.

  • K.M.

Very Good Concealer

This concealer actually works very well. It provides more opaque coverage than the Maybelline anti-aging concealer I’ve been using, so I’m really happy I have it a try. I am using the fair/light-neutral shade and it’s a good match for my skin - no complaints!

  • C. White

Would not purchase again.

I would not purchase this item again. Came in a plastic baggie not sealed in original packaging.

  • Maddie Anderson

Product matches the price

This product is good for the inexpensive price. It is definitely lighter than I thought it would be. I got the Fair/Light Neutral wanting to use it when my skin is at its palest in the winter but I wish I would've gotten the Fair/Light Warm. Also seems kind of thick as you start to blend it in, which surprised me because it's labelled as "Super Blendable." Will I continue you to use it? yes. Will I buy it again? probably not.

  • LV

A really great drugstore brand concealer

This stuff is great if you won’t step foot into Sephora or Ulta or _______ (insert other expensive makeup store here). I bought it for years. If you don’t have seriously dark bags under your eyes then this will definitely work.

I have retired this concealer because I recently learned about “shape tape” by Tarte cosmetics .. best money spent: this thing is going to last me for years that’s how little I have to use.

  • A. Lambert

Thank you L'Oreal!

I'm not a makeup person, but i finally got fed up with my stupid hyperpigmentation, so I purchased this from Giant and it works like photoshop but in real life. For someone who knows nothing about makeup, this was very easy for me to begin using. I just get a cotton pad, brushed the concealer on my face, and voila, it made my dark scars do a disappearing act. I don't use anything else with it(which may be the wrong way to use it), but I've been doing this for about a year now, and no one can tell that I'm wearing makeup. I have sensitive acne prone skin and this does not break me out so it's quite a miracle product for me. I had to start ordering this from Amazon because Giant and other stores don't have the shade i need. So thanks for having it Amazon. I tried alternatives when I couldn't find this and they all sucked so hopefully L'Oreal keeps making these.

  • Cat

the one I got gives a highlight look as well which is not so good for me

It's a fair concealer, the one I got gives a highlight look as well which is not so good for me. And the size is also very small which I didn't like. The concealing however, I would put it in all the places you need to conceal (i.e. undereyes, nose, forehead, chin, t-zone) but after putting it in all those places and waiting to get right into blending it was a mistake, as soon as I started blending, it was dried up and hard to blend. It also looks kinda cakey, especially if it takes a while until you get to blend. But it does conceal pretty good. If you want to try, go for it but this is just me and my picky butt, hopefully it goes well for the rest of you!

  • Dunja

One Star

Not the same as the product bought in shops in Europe. Rather liquidy and doesn't conceal.

  • TheCastillo6

Are you KIDDING me?

Once in a blue moon you buy something that actually does what it is supposed to do. You can't believe it and you are waiting for the catch. NO CATCH HERE. The formula itself is what mascara should be in the first place. You can tell immediately as you apply it that some dang good magic is about to happen.
I let it dry about 60 seconds before applying my regular mascara over it. The proof is in the pudding? My daughter walked in the bathroom and said, "Mom! What did you do to make your lashes so long and thick?"
Cosmetic companies are NOTORIOUS for choosing to discontinue products that thousands of women love, so I am not taking a chance…—I am buying a flipping case of this stuff, and NO, I'm not kidding.
Sheesh. Its a miracle. Yippee!

  • Terry

Good product.

It works once I learn how to do it. Put on first and let dry, add another coat and then I can use waterproof mascara and still comes off easy but not through tears or sweat. I am redheaded so hard to find a light brown/auburn mascara so with this the brown/black mascaras are just a little bit lighter, keeping me from being a raccoon eye look. I like the extra volume and length to my lashes without having to buy expensive fiber mascaras. I'll use it again, buy again.

  • Orange Monkey

It DOES make your lashes look fuller and longer, with clearer eyes, just like that!

This actually works.
I haven't used any of these products in the last five years or so, as I didn't like the texture of similar products in the past. I put this on this morning, no expectations, and voilá, quite a dramatic effect!

I've used lash extensions three times (for about a month each) during last fall, but it's time-consuming, expensive, and tend to look 'too much' at times. This is the perfect alternative.

I'm not sure if it'll cause irritation over time. I might not use every day, and of course clean carefully nightly.

  • Baking

You must try a primer

I recently started using a Lancome primer. It is something I never thought I needed. Boy, was I wrong. I wanted something cheaper and although this is not as good, it does a descent job. If you don't have great eyelashes than this is a "Must have". I will never go without it.

  • Victoria Bentley Mayhew

A lot of product for the money

I have bought all kinds of primers, all kinds of prices. I think this one is just as good as the high end ones at 3x the price. I order it regularly because I feel it is important to only use it for a month then pitch it because of potential bacteria. You don't want to do that too often with the 25$ name version that you bought at Neiman's. Besides, l'oreal is the parent company for lancome and many other lines. They have bought IT cosmetics too. My guess - it's all from the same pot... Just different packaging. This is a good product and a good price.

  • CC Hustle

Skeptical at first, now an addict!

This voluminous primer works! A MUST BUY FOR MASCARA USERS!!!! I have long lashes and have been satisfied with my routine thus far. I typically use waterproof mascara but the curl effect wears off after about an hour, my lashes basically start dropping so I have to recurl a few times throughout the day. I have curly eye lashes and have to maneuver my lash curler endlessly to get the right curl. This product has eliminated my problems so it saves me a ton a time! I actually look forward to doing my eye makeup now and don't know how I ever lived without this! It make the lash hairs thicker, separates the hairs (helping to fill the gaps making lashes look fuller) and it helps mascara adhere easily and evenly! PLUS it makes my eyelashes look WAYYYYYY better so it definitely lives up to my expectation. I have sensitive eyes and wear contacts and have been using this for almost a month, I've had ZERO issues in that area. I don't normally buy L'oreal so this was a happy experience that encouraged me to buy other products from this company.

  • Spaktackular

Skip the fancy mascara, go for this (which I almost never say but this is worth it)

I've spent a fair amount of money playing around with different mascara primers. Being of Asian heritage, we aren't exactly known for long full lashes like our beautiful sisters from India or the Middle East.

I've tried high end mascaras for a base like Dior (which works fine) and mid end like Origins (also works fine)

But if I'm going to only get okay results, I probably will not stick with a brand name.

I tried this out some what dubiously but was very pleasantly surprised by this mascara. As a base works great (esp paired with Dior or Marc Jacobs black mascara on top) and it's definitely more wallet friendly. If all three mascaras as weighed for their merit equally, why pay more for two others simply for name? No one sees the brand name of your lashes so save yourself a few bucks and give this one a whirl.

  • Texas Sandra Dee

I love it!

This stuff is amazing. I have very straight, hard to curl lashes. And I don't wear liner or shadow, but love the look of a mascara'd eye. I have bought $25 curlers and mascaras that claim to hold curls and lengthen lashes. They just didn't work for me. I happened to see this and thought, it's pretty fairly priced, let's see if it works. It does! After curling my eyelash (Important to do only 1 eye at a time) I CAKE it on, like ridiculous amounts. It's white in color so you can see how much you're applying. You have about 30ish seconds before it dries. Then, apply your mascara over it. It really increases length and thickness (whoa, sounds like I'm reviewing something else!) I've actually gotten compliments on my eyes for the first time in my life. It will be a forever part of my simple makeup routine from now on.

  • Customer

Best eyelash booster!!!!

I have used Lancôme cils booster XL for years at $25 a tube. Thought I would try this L'Oréal primer, what could I loose. Let me tell you I will NEVER buy Lancôme eyelash booster again. This primer is the bomb!! If I don't use eyelash primer you can not see my lashes. Now you can see my lashes at the price of $5.99 instead of $25 a tube and ladies it does not get any better than that!! You need to try it ladies you will not be disappointed I promise.

  • Emma

Got this as a present for my mum  as she is always saying she needs a good creme   I didn't expect much  but I was surprised with her reaction was a big surprise from the minute she put it on her face  she said it was a nice thicker creme to what she is used to  .  Little bit pricey but if it does it's jobs then you can't complain can you

  • Tim B.

This is pretty good. My face is excessively oily after i use it though. After so long it makes my face break out because of the excess oil. My skin is extra hydrated though.

  • Christeen.Tips.

love this product, which works best in tandem, using both the day and night creams, as part of my regular skin care regimen. I've taken very good care of my skin since my teens, with good result, and I find that this WORKS.

  • Fernando H.

So I decided to try this as it had good reviews. It moisturized my skin fine and the smell wasn’t too bad but I noticed it caused me to get blackheads. After looking online I saw that I wasn’t the only one. I use it as a hand cream at night instead.

  • Susan

It's A No

This product develops a metallic smell like iron on my skin after it is on for a while. When first applied it is not noticeable. My husband noticed also when he gave me a kiss. He said what is that smell on your skin! I cannot stand it on my skin because of the scent that develops on my face.

  • barby

Irritating vitamin C

I didn’t like this vitamin c serum and prefer the cervae with the ceramides because you get more bang for your buck with three in one.

I see a difference

I live in a tropical area with sun spots galore on my face...this Cream has truly brightened my skin—not completely, but enough to allow my foundation makeup to cover properly

  • Tonya

I've been told to use with the clear one

Got recommended by someone but can't stop using it, because it make my skin so soft and smooth

  • Debbie LaForest

rash from product

I have been using your product for 2 weeks on my face and neck. I recently broke out with this red spot on my neck that burns.

  • Caitlin Chaney

So far so good

I've been using this for almost a month. My skin has a nice texture when I use it every day. The only negative is that you're only supposed to use a little, but that makes it hard to spread across my whole face.

  • N. Loy

Gothamista Got it Right!

I brought this based on the review of Renee from The Gothamista and boy was she right. This vitamin C serum is transforming my skin. It's looking brighter, more even toned and helping with some acne scars and fine lines. Very pleased with this purchase. Looking into the other Revitalift serum next because I'm very impressed with this one. Will definitely re-order.

  • Ta'wanda

Too much silicone

I wanted to love this but the amount of silicone in the product gave me pimples. I also found that, even though I did not apply it anywhere near my eyes, the product seemed to creep into my eyes as the day went on and made them red and irritated. I have since switched to the CeraVe vitamin C serum and like it much better as it is noncomedogenic, unlike the L’Oréal serum.

  • Maggie M

It works great for my skin, highly recommend

I am a 31 year old female with combination, acne prone skin with some dark spots from sun/acne. I have been using the Vitamin C serum for a few weeks now and thought it was time to write a review. First off, the design and packaging of the tube is fantastic because it successfully keeps out light and air which will cause Vit C to go bad. Makes you wonder why all the other Vitamin C products are in glass bottles? Anyway - the price is right too. You have to be careful not to squeeze out too much of the product when you first open it (I just don't want to waste any of it)!

  • Janet P.

I started using these product about 5days ago.

I really love the way my face feels after applying it. I got a free sample product of these from Influenser. Thank you so much ❤️! I would definitely buy it after I run out! I recommend these to all ladies any age. Thank you Loreal and Influenser#...

  • member-2a5fb1

This product was amazing!

It went on my face with ease and it didnt take a lot! I hot a lot of complaments on how my skin look so smooth and the color was so nice on my face! I was not disappointed with this product at all! It gave me the color I needed! It was so easy to wash it off at the end of the day I used soap and water and there was no residue left on my face! I had friends asking me about the product that I was using and out and bought it theirselves! I also told some frirnds who are RV'ers like myself and they also have gone out and have tried it!

  • Wanda T.

I received L’Oreal’s Rosy Tone moisturizer free from Influenster.

I used it every day for 30 days. Unfortunately I did not see any improvement in my wrinkles or darks spots. However, I did notice an improvement in the way my skin looked with makeup. It gave me a certain glow, and I did receive compliments on how dewy my face looked. After 30 days, I still have over half the jar left. I will definitely keep using it.

  • Samantha D.

I really enjoyed how light and effective this was.

My only qualm was with the sparkles/shimmer that is in this product. It looks like I put a highlighter over my skin. I didn’t mind it until one of my coworkers pointed out how shimmery I was. Unfortunately can’t use unless I’m wearing foundation over top.

  • Liz Y.

I absolutely love this,

I don't use makeup anymore, but putting this on every morning for the past week has made my face feel so refreshed. I have had a couple of people ask me what I am doing differently. I love that I don't feel it on my face at all during the day, it is not heavy or greasy. Will be continuing using this product

  • wendy Z.

Love this product, I noticed a difference with in days. I would highly recommend this product to anyone because it doesnt have any harsh chemicals and is a great value

I received this product for free in the Revitalift Voxbox thanks to Influenster.  Unfortunately, I tried it once and broke out after feeling a burning sensation.  It seems that it has parabens in it, which are an allergen I'm sensitive to.  I had to discontinue use immediately.  I wish I could say that I loved it, but I didn't get a chance to try it to see if it would be beneficial. I wish that L'Oreal would consider removing known allergens from their products, especially if they are developed by dermatologists; parabens are a common skincare allergen anyway.  Oh well... I'm glad it works for others, truly, but read the ingredients!

It’s nice but not life changing. I still like it but I have other products I love more. For affordable it’s good but if your combo or oily it does seem to be to heavy.

I use this product every night and swear by it. It keeps my face moisturized without the heavy, greasy feel. I love using this after the shower for the extra moisture.

I’ve been using this product since it came out. I really enjoy it, it smells good and is very smooth. I do notice that it can make my skin oily at times. But it doesn’t bother my sensitive skin. So that’s a plus

I was simply looking for a cream and this was one of the cheaper options. It worked well for my skin but it was still over priced and caused break outs on my forehead. It has a weird smell that isn’t pleasant for putting on my face. I probably would not recommend.

First Vit C I’ve ever tolerated
This is not a product I would have ever thought to buy had Gothamista not recommended it first, and even then I was skeptical. I use Retin-a 3-4X nights per week in addition to TO Niacinamide and Zinc and Paula’s Choice Azelaic acid on alternate nights. My oily, breakout prone and aging skin has seen dramatic improvements from this routine, but I’ve been searching for a Vit. C for morning use to accelerate the fading of some minimal remaining sun damage.

I’ve tried most of the highly recommended Vit. C products (Skinceuticals, Timeless, Oz Naturals, and a couple Korean brands) and have either seen no positive effect and/or my skin became overly red and irritated/broke out. I had about reached the conclusion that perhaps my skin just did not like C or that the other actives I used in my nightly routine were too much in combination with a morning Vit C serum.

Well, color me thrilled. I had two tiny zits that healed almost overnight from this cream. Not only that, but I felt no burning or irritation upon application or the morning after. The texture is lovely, if a bit siliconey, but it layers nicely under moisturizer and doesn’t look oily under my sunscreen/makeup. I actually appreciate how nice and spreadable this is, as with a typical liquid/dropper Vit. C serum I found most of them awkward to spread just a few drops over my whole face.

Whether this has any brightening effect remains to be seen but having already seen it shrink my zits overnight I’m encouraged!

 Vitamin C
I love what this is doing for my skin. No miracles yet but for the few weeks I have been using my skin feel smooth and soft. I will give it time to add that brighter look.

 No funciona tanto
El producto no es lo mejor y no funciona tanto en pieles grasas porque el rostro queda más grasoso.

Effective and love the slight color

I love this and find the price worth it. I'm not sure I notice any cell renewal...how would I know?...but I so like the consistency and the bit of color it brings to my face. I'm an oldie but goody and I've faded as the years have gone on, so I appreciate any subtle rosiness I can put on my face.

 Did not work for me
It looked fabulous on a friend so I ordered it. It has a nice tone but it really dries out my skin to the point I have dry patches forming. Also, it didn't do anything for my wrinkles but I'm 67 so perhaps that matters.
