Mixed feelings. I bought several products for my combination skin, some were adapted but others made it worse. I won't buy my entire routine there, probably just specific products like the mattifying serum (even if I'm a bit frustrated by the quantity in the bottle).

First time ordering from typology.
I ordered from them on 27th Feb, received a shipping update on Monday and Tuesday I was told it had been shipped.. I haven't heard anything since and its now 7th March.
I live in England and its shipping from France.
Customer service is slow and have only told me what I've known since last Tuesday (its being shipped).
I've tried to contact the French courier company and that's been painful because I'm not fluent in French.
The company says packages should arrive within an average time of 3-5 working days but my package hasn't even entered the country yet.
I was looking forward to trying this out, also my skin care has almost ran out so 👍.
