god brand, good wellknown products. More then å week delivery, but on my door.

We ordered, and specifically asked if it would be delivered in 5 days, because we were going away. then you guys answered this after 7 days, and no package was delivered at that time. So now the package is in the post, but we are not home for another month, which I think Is hopeless.
