Worst shopping experience i have ever! I ordered a Rose Quartz eyeshadow palette for Black Friday November 27th. For two weeks they did not send the parcel, after 3 emails they said they would send it after 14 working days !!! incredibile.that is three weeks.the track number was sent three weeks later.and local delivery postpones delivery of the goods 5 times every day.tomorrow is christmas and i still haven’t received the parcel !! 1 month for delivery??? will never buy on this site again and never buy anything from huda beauty again !!

After purchasing 23rd November this palette together with Desert dusk, I got 3 emails notifying me that the order will take longer to be shipped than expected, last email was on Friday, so I sent an email to them asking. To this email, I got a copy-paste reply saying that I have got 15% discount and that my order will take longer... Suddenly I received on Monday another email saying that my order was shipped and yesterday that the dessert dusk pallette couldnt be shipped because it was out of stock... So I now wonder how legal is to sell things in your page that you don´t have on stock and how many people had the same situation this last Black Friday when the palette was 12 eur... Also, why the order was waiting to be shipped for almost a month and I didn´t get any notification during this time that the dessert dusk was out of stock I like Huda products but honestly, this was too much and there are other amazing brands that never did this to me.
