According to the dpd delivery service, an order from payot should have been delivered to me 10 days ago, which is not the case. Not only did I immediately report this to dpd, who then started the investigation, but also emailed payot the same day. Since I did not receive a reply, I sent another email, again without reply. The email address is not marked as "No Response" and there is no reason to believe it does not work. Apparently the received letter is not read. After dpd informed me that the investigation was unsuccessful and I had to contact the seller who is responsible for all subsequent steps, I called payot again, this time using the contact form. Unfortunately, this can not be verified as there is no confirmation to receive via email. And to date there is no answer. The phone number is not listed anywhere on the website. I will probably have to start the process by custom mail with the deadline. Customer service is almost non-existent and this is definitely the last time I will buy from there.
