I actually didn't really like their customer service, while they were very fast responding I reached out with a question about how to easily explain their product to someone I wanted to get this item as a gift for. Unfortunately I don't think the person answering emails understood my question, or maybe they didn't understand what I wanted to convey? But personally I didn't think that I wasn't clear.
Unfortunately they responded by saying they cannot give me medical advice on CBD - which was not what I was looking/asking for at all.
After doing more research I came across two other websites who have been great in communication and customer service and decided to try their products instead. Additionally all these other websites do give you a first-time customer promotion code which spruce does not give, so that was a plus for me.
You can tell a lot about a company by the way they respond to potential customers. I'm very happy that I branched out and did more research on other products available.
