I made a order at the beginning of November. And I'm still waiting... I've been unable to contact customer service. Their website is unclear and their Facebook messenger customer service is as if it's not active. I found an email on their FB page and my email bounced back. I've now lost £45 ... I'm starting to think I've been scammed

I have been consistently buying their CBD lip balm, and I quite like it. Though in recent year, they had made a change to the product and due to my allergies, I reached out several times but was not able to reach anyone or hear back. I also think they censor their reviews, as my critical review never showed though...However, all in all, I do like their product and it's one of the few that I can use without any reaction. They usually ship speedily, and aside from covid and holidays, it usually can arrive (domestic US shipping) within 2-3 days. The lower rating mostly because of their customer service and lack of transparency.
