At 71, I've had to the usual problem of waking up 2 or 3 times a night needing to use the bathroom. However, since I started taking a Chef Botanical gummy at bedtime, I sleep longer without waking up. In fact, I'm having some nights where I get in 6 or more hours of sleep without a waking up. I'm thrilled!

I don't like it and I don't feel that it relaxes you in comparison to others I have tried. The taste is similar to caramel machiatto but it is strong and not light and airy so it burns.

I don't t have much to say about the CBD gummies, which, as far as I can tell, are slightly above average compared to others I've tried and are, at 10 mg, effective.
However, what is noteworthy is the abysmal customer service that borders on a circus with multiple representatives handling the same case, each unaware of what the other is doing, which makes the experience unpleasant and frustrating. Not to mention the extenuated shipping time that seems to go on forever.
After a couple of months, it wasn't worth the trouble, and I found another company with more potent gummies with preferable flavor. The added cost is worth every penny.
