I ordered a vape pen starter kit, it came with the pen prefilled cartridge & refill. When I received my order there were no instructions on how to use the pen or how to refill the cartridge. This is not common knowledge so strange that they didn't include instructions or have it available online. I sent an email asking for instructions so I could begin to use, the response was to text "don" for help. Once again strange that they couldn't just tell me, didn't have it on hand. I text him & no response. I then requested a refund which I did receive which is why I left 2 stars. I finally got an email from Don saying I had to press the button 5 times to start the vape pen & he had hoped it would be more easy to figure out. How would someone magically know to push the button rapidly 5 times? He also never answered how to refill.

This order was smooth but my previous one not so much. The tracking number on that order was incorrect and when I inquired about it, I didn't really get an answer and didn't feel like I got adequate attention from customer service.
