I started using woman’s Rogaine and adding in multiple vitamins for skin and hair all at the same time. However, I only apply the Rogaine to the sides of my hair and at my hair line. So I know the Rogaine isn’t what has helped the back part of my hair. I had decided to stop taking these because they are so $ and I don’t feel right consuming shark fin but after comparing the results I just ordered another pack.

These upset my stomach horribly. Took for only a month because I couldn’t handle the stomach issues. So no positive here.
