I have to agree with other reviews about the customer service, there is need for improvement, however it is easier to get through using messenger, I love the ritual scents they are so uplifting but I think they should just keep to their scents, sprays, candles, shower gels, recently tried their namaste anti age oil, serum and cream and my skin broke out in red blotches which I’m still trying to get rid of, i felt it burning my skin, also tried the shampoo which spelled lovely but after 3 uses I had to stop as my hair was very dry, so for me their other products are not up to standards you expect more from a popular brand.

I received a "beauty" package from my husband, after I started using it I got a rash. Its was very itchy.
Before I figured out what was causing it I used the 3 phase shower oil, I put it on my legs and worked up, before I got to my shoulders my legs started burning so I washed it off very quickly.
After my shower I checked the ingredients some are questionable but the one that caught me was sodium hydroxide that's basically caustic sode no wonder my legs were burning, I'm getting so sick of companies saying they are concerned with your needs when they put chemicals in there products and charge an arm and a leg for the privilege.
