I bought a Foundation that arrived with the date already expired. I called Customer Service with my disappointment. The representative who attended me this time, regretted what had happened and asked me for a photo of the product showing the date printed on the package to refund the amount paid. This was the second product I received with an expired date. First time, the amount was returned without any problems. At the second time, I submitted the requested photo and called Customer Service again. This time the support representative, named Sandra was impolite when talking to me. She said that this did not correspond to the expiration date, that this was a date for internal Company use. I couldn't have known that, just as other support people didn't. Her tone of voice was an attack on my complaint, not an explanation, saying that she would not return the value and proceeded to question the previous product as if I was trying to gain some advantage. I tried to express my concern about using an expired product to which she replied that she was not a liar and that if I wanted to return it was my problem, but the amount paid would not be refunded. I would understand any argument, but not with the aggressiveness of the attendant. I wasn't lying either, but I had to send in a photo to prove what I was talking about. It would be good if Sandra from YSLeautyus could show the document that would give credibility to her argument about the product's expiration date not be the one printed on product.

This company is a SCAM. I ordered Pour L'homme Intense and they sent me the cheaper L'Intense. And they would not refund me and asked me to mail it back AT MY COST despite them tricking me. BE WARNED!! This company is a SCAM.
