Terrible
I ordered this candle for my daughter's wedding day. It did not arrive. Terrible. I wrote various emails but they didn't reply until almost 3 weeks later. Finally replied offered a normal candle and refund. That's ok but what about the special personalised candle I ordered for such s special day? As a frequent customer of Yankee Candles this is not the type of customer care I expected. Extremely disappointed.
This was my feedback in the Yankee candle website. I received an email stating that my review did not meet the company guidelines!! In other words only positive reviews are published. Disgraceful. I will not be buying their products ever again.

I used to shop at my closest mall for Yankee Candle felt like I was profiled spent $60.00 on the spot went back again felt I was being watched by employees shop online now only and seldom
