I truly dislike when you are forced into subscriptions, and then the company makes it extremely hard for you to cancel said subscription. The diffusers are mediocre and the app is bug ridden.

Hands-down one of the worst companies on the market! I’ve tried and tried with this company. Their diffusers are junk! Their app is horrible. Their customer service is disgraceful, you’re just going to get sent around in a loop. The fragrances are weak, and if you don’t like them they don’t care. You don’t get your money back. I have four devices, most of them are not working anymore. The LED lights are completely burnt out, they never showed the color blue. They leak everywhere. And it’s about $70 a month to refill them! It’s insane! Do not buy this product it’s absolute junk!
