I have contacted Jo Malone to advise them that one of their products have BURNT a square patch on my wooden furniture. The perfume was a limited addition bottle purchased as my wedding perfume, so has huge sentimental value. I have hardly used the perfume , maybe for the best. as what will it do to the skin. They asked me to return the perfume which I did ( reluctantly due to it being a limited addition ) hermes have lost the parcel, so I have asked Jo Malone to still look into this, with no reply.

Ordered product and paid for next day. Nothing turned up. Customer service tell me I’ll have it by end of the week. Ordered Friday. It’s Monday.
Fairly decent products if you can get them delivered. Won’t order again online and if you want next day don’t order from here.
